System scope, documentation, program versions, remote access, contacts and the escalation route are documented during onboarding.

Maintenance & condition checks
Agreed inspection intervals, visual and functional checks, wear assessment and prioritised actions provide a robust maintenance basis.

Support & response routes
Reports are documented, technically assessed and handled according to the contracted service level. Remote diagnostics and on-site service are coordinated transparently.
